    Hi, The regulations regarding enrollment are different in each State. Most States require you to have a address in the State and affirm that you are going to remain a resident in that State. So you have to wait until you get the new address. Also, most States allow for retroactive enrollment up to 3 months. That may solve your problem. Thanks
