    You could try male childhood sexual abuse or male rape. It would help the males in your class that have been subjected to it, and  with 1 in 5 there will be someone. Also male help is not likely to be chosen as a subject by any one else :(

    My first ever speech was on Teachers. My second speech was on chocolate 3rd speech was on Why we should eat healthy. 4th speech global warming This year will be my 5th speech . But im not too sure of my topic But through my experience... i believe that you should choose a topic not so serious (such as global warming) as it may bore the audience. I had a friend that did her speech on 'why laughter is the best medicine' Other topics you could do could be -The simpsons have been on telly for 20 years now and yet maggie is still a baby? (this topic I think will be suitable if you are a good speech writer as you will have to come up with a lot of reasons/facts etc into your speech. -You could do a speech on ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING! You could talk about something boring like CARROTS. Find out random stories about them. Any superstitions. Why they are orange? ABSOLUTELY ANY LITTLE PIECE OF INFO U CAN GET. And you if your really talented you may even find ways to make a speech about CARROTS seems really funny. And while writing all these ideas down. An idea popped into my head of what i should do my speech on this year. 'Ghosts? Are they really real? By making this interesting i will make it scary. Ghosts arent funny.. SO why not make it scary? If i can't make the audience burst into tears of laughter.. i could make them terrified. I'll give a speech that they WILL NEVER EVER FORGET :) BTW: I hope this helps :)

    well, i am also in gr 7. I need a good speech topic too. I saw the one about world's best prctical jokes. i checked out the website but i dont know. I'm a really girly girl. I do find it funny, but I don't know how my class will like it since its mostly girls and the boys are very immature and impolite. My teacher suggested that we do something that interests us and we dont have to do much reasearch. hey! i also just looked up and saw "Who invented the internet." thats a good one too! I went all the way to the city finals in gr.5(last year we didnt do speeches.) and i did it on popcorn. heres an intro that everyone loved: POP POP POP POP POP!!! do you smell it?? do you taste it?? do you know what it is? sshhhh...!!! the show is about to begin ! I was going to do this speech again, but i went to elementry school with most kids in my class, so i dont want them to tattle tale on me. well you guys all actually helped me. a special thanks to practical jokes, and superstitions.
