Before you jump to conclusions, take a test and find out. If you are pregnant, dont get an abortion. It is not the babies fault. If you dont have a good support system, which it doesnt sound like you do, think about adoption. Just take care of yourself in the meantime. It isnt about you now. It is all about that baby. Whether you like it or not, you are gonna have to tell your mom. After you have this baby if you are pregnant or if you arent, Abstinence works wonders. If its positive, go see a doctor with ur mom. Dont eat or do something urself cuz thats dangerous. Decide whether to keep the baby or not. If u do keep it then love it or give it away, either way theres no shame in it. Otherwise there are other options but u need to discuss with ur mom abut that. I think the most appropriate thing to do is to:

1) Go to a medical centre/pharmacy/supermarket and buy a pregnancy test- find out for sure what's happening before you panic

2) Find an adult you trust and talk to them about this situation, You can't possibly deal with this on your own. That is too much weight to carry on a thirteen year old's shoulders.

3) Depending on the outcome, if you are pregnant- I suggest you termiate the pregnancy- Just think of your lost youth- imagine all the things you will miss out on doing. I'm 17 years old and have already seen some of the most amazing things in the world, i've been to France, Belgium, Italy, malaysia and the UK- My point is, whatever hopes you have for the future deminish when you have a teen pregnancy. you have all the time in the world to have a baby- when you are old enough! and i say that in the nicest possible way.

4) Forget about the boy whom you slept with, he's obviously not worth it- do you really want to continue being used? your so young and seriously these are the years, you need to enjoy being carefree- trust me, before you know it you will be all grown up.
