The bike was repoed due to i got behind 2 month on my payment on a jeep i borrowed money to buy. They also had the title to my Harley. During the repo Damage was done to my bike due to improper strap down and hauling. They cut the locks that i had on it and broke several item on my bike.
Also I found out from 4 different people that the repo man for the bank has been going around town telling everyone about my bike that he has it for sell and showing it to people and telling them my name and how much i owe the bank.
Is this a violation of privacy laws and what can i do
