ION Turntable - no sound fron left channel

ION TTUSB Turntable....I get no sound from the left channel, RCA or USB.
Help?

    Hi, It sounds like you've connected it to the computer's MIC input instead of LINE IN input. Check your sound card connectors. The icon for LINE IN will be an arrow pointing in to three curved lines. Thanks
