   Actually if you are selecting 7th Feb for birth, you might have to do a shanti as it's bhadra (vishti karana) that day-not auspicious for birth

   5th Feb, 6th Feb and 8th Feb are fine... any time!! these days are good for all 24 hours:), you select.

   5th, 7th, 8th feb are auspicious, especially between 9:15 and 9:30 with pisces rising
