My agreement says, when my husbands business is sold I am entitled to 50 percent of what he receives. How do I enforce this. He never contacted me to inform me of the sale. It is clearly stated in my contract that he would have to pay me. What can I do with out an attorny fee. Divorced in the State of NY, now live in AZ and he lives in Mass. Where and What can I do to collect this money.
