I recently purchased a used Kenmore dehumidifier, model # 580.54701. The unit looks like brand new inside and out, and everything seems to function properly. However, the compressor never comes on, only the fan runs, hence, no water removal. Is there a reset button that could be tripped? I hate to pay a service man for an easy do-it-yourself fix.
