Question:

I received the nd message 22 minutes into the normal wash cycle. I turned off the washer last night

and turned it back on this morning to the rinse and spin cycle, It stopped at 9 minutes and I received the nd message again, Now the door is locked with the clothes in the washer. What can I do to unlock the door? And thenwhat should I do about the draining/spinning problem?
