I purchased a 13" Craig CLC 503. All I see when on is NO SIGNAL

   its a piece of krapp

   get an amplified antenna

   set the tv to on air reception

   aim it at a station

   may help to put aluminum foil a foot behind the antenna

    

   but if you are not close you may not get anything without cable

   I have the same question. I can only get reception through the cable, not with the antenna alone.

   did you go to menu and switch the reception to cable rather than AIR ( default AIR)
