I called yesterday and am being sent a new printer. There is a hold for the amount of the printer on my bank account pending the return of my faulty printer. In the mean time my account is negative that amount and I can not cash my payroll checks or use the account. I have automatic bill pay set up on this account and am in danger of having incurring fees when these payments go through. What can be done here because this warranty which should be your responsibility is now mine.
