I am 18 years old and I have a weekend job. I get payed about 160 every 2 weeks if i work 4 hours both Saturday and Sunday. I therefore do not have enough money to support myself financially to live on my own and I can not work full time because I have to attend school. Is it enough of a reason to just want to move out to apply for student welfare so I can live on my own? or do you have to have a serious reason such as neglect or abuse within the home? I have depression and I did not graduate high school this past June. I have been accepted to a dual credit program at a college so I can finish my high school credits and begin college but it is not near where I currently live ( with my parents). I need to live closer and be out of this house so I can focus on my studies and have a better life. What should I do?
