My surge protector just failed to protect my HD tv from a lightning strike in the area and now my tv is failing to work. I need Nexxtech's contact information.

    Hey, Nexxtech manual says to "Call Orbyx TOLL FREE at 1-866-363-3059" Hope that helps - it was a pain to even find one of their manuals online... g'luck
