I've had the computer a month. It worked fine until I activated the Norton antivirus. Internet explorer won't open. I have to use mozilla. I don't have a reboot disk. I can't restore the computer to a prior date. I tried - it doesn't work. Some programs don't work and the computer freezes up. I've had the computer for a month. Also the anti virus and firewall won't work.
