I have lower back pain on the right hand side and diarrhea

... a stool sample has come back negative for bugs ... but the symptoms have not gone away?

i have same thing. find it only comes on after bending,twisting/turning. its become a real pain now. blood tests all fine and nobody seems to know. got told possibly muscle problem in my lower back
