I have lost my manual, how much coffee do I need for 30 cups?

I have the West Bend 12-30 cup percolator. After lending it to a friend, I no longer have my manual. I need to know how much coffee to use to make 30 cups of coffee (and water?)?

    You should add almost half tea spoon for each cup so according to that you can use for about 30 cups.
