I have laptop toshiba satellite Pro U400- S1001V

2 weeks ago True suite access manager stopped working and all my files which was locked didnt open again. I updated the program true internet and installed again now each time I restart my laptop the finger print is not working. can you please help me?

    Well, there would be a switch near the finger print operator you have to push it. there would be a light which will blink and it will work. Its simple.
