I have an Emerson DECT 6.0 digital answering system---EM6113

I recently changed services & now have caller ID. The readout shows missed calls (different amount on 3 separate phones). How do I delete these? There is no delete button on my phones & nothing mentioned in the manual.

    Hold the # key until it shows unlock.

    How do I unlock it? Somehow I've locked my phone and don't know what to push to unlock it.
