I have a stainless steel presure vessel that will be heated to 210 F for twelve hours.After the heating cycly is complete, I need to cool the unit to bring the contents inside to 85 deg F. At what rate can I cool the vessel so it will no crack due to thermal shock. the cooling water is 50 deg F.
