i have this "emotional sleeping problem" that's become a bad habit. i always have to sleep on my face most of the time my hands are touching my face and the blankets are over my head,if i try to sleep any other way im not comfortable and cant fall asleep. because of that i wake up and my face is greasy which makes me break out. i know what the habit came from but i dont see any way to fix it... how do i break this sleeping habit?
