Question:

I have a singer futura II 920. It is sewing well. My problem is that the bobbin is not winding.

The thread will not catch on the bobbin. It gathers underneath the bobbin.

    make sure the bobbin latch is all the way to the right. Do you have the manual for the machine? If so page 11 tells you the steps to take.
