I have a problem with my Zanussi ZWG 3125.

I have a problem with my Zanussi ZWG 3125.
When the cycle ends the clothes are still wringing wet.
If I set it to a SPIN cycle only, as soon as I switch on it starts taking in water, as if it was on a wash cycle. I have done a manual drain annd cleaned the filter, but it made no difference.
