I have a mobile broad band aircard w/ 5 GB plan

My plan shows I've used 589.367 MB
Does this mean I haven't used 1 GB yet? I guess the decimal has me confused.
I know that 1024 = 1 MB

    No, you have used 589 MB, you can still use about 434 MB to get only 1 GB. Hope it helps!
