Question:

I have a half used bag of charcoal; the kind w/ lighter fluid in it. How can I safely dispose of it?

I live in the south where it is very, very hot and humid right now. I just don't want anything combusting and setting everything on fire. I'm getting rid of the grill, and there's no one I can give it to.

What should I do?

    take your bag of lighter fluid soaked charcoal, put it in a small barrel and light it and walk away. come back in a few hours and then put the ashes wherever you want. Wa-la.. fixed.. or just throw it away, but frankly i like to make smores, so i would just light the coals and use them :)
