I have a dsc pc5010 with a battery problem

I have measured the battery voltage in and out of the unit and it reads a healthy 13.5 volts. Everything seems to work normally except for the battery fault problem. What do you suggest?

    You can try a new battery. It is possible that the battery reads normal in and out of the panel. But when under a load it fails the pc5010 battery test, which is done every few minutes. I hope this helps. Dave
