    I have the same one. On top of the unit, where the vents are is a small cup. Its about 1 1/2 inches long and about 1/2 inch wide. That's where the Med goes. I use Vicks Vapo Steam.(Liquid Med for Hot Steam) Works great. The little cup last about 2 hrs +/-. That's on the low setting.
