I have a Necchi 536FB. The bobbin winder will not work.

The bobbin winder will not work on my Necchi 536FB. I've followed the instructions and even adjusted the s***w on the stop. A long s***w fell out of the machine but I don't know if this is related to the problem. Thanks!
