I have a Hernle 451-050M. The hour chime strikes at the same ti me as the melody. How to adjust?

This movement runs fine, and originally did strike correctly. Movement was removed to clean. Now reinstalled the hour chime is striking at the same time as the melody. The weights run down at the same rate. Any ideas?
