I have a Cecilware EL120 deep fryer

have a Cecilware EL120 deep fryer where the oil is taking long to heat. I have replaced the thermostat, high limit control and the heating element. What else could be wrong. Even after frying something it take at least 10 minutes to reheat the oil.
