I have a 92 isuzu pickup 2.3lt, and i have tooken off the thermostat and have had the radiator unclogged but still heats up to about 3/4 of the way

I have had the radiator unclogged and cleaned but the truck is still overheating. The water keeps getting pushed from the radiator to the reserve tank and spilling out. I do not see no leaks from water pump and have no idea what the solution could be. Youur help is greatly appreciated thankyou.

    Your Head Gas Kit ( Main Head to Block Sealing Kit ) is heated up and its not protecting your head anymore. Immediately move to the work shop and get your Head Gas Kit checked (and replaced if necessary) as it can cause your Pistons to have scratches and more damage to your car's engine.
