The battery is fully charged, but when the key is turned on, nothing happens...no indicator lights, nothing...and of course, it doesn't crank over. I've checked all the obvious things...wire connections, spark plug, etc. I was able to get it running by jumpstarting it in second by holding the cluch in, pushing it and popping the clutch. It runs extremely rough, but strangely it runs better when you turn on the right turn signal! Is this a voltage regulator/rectifier problem?
