I have to take the Throttle body plate and press down a quarter of an incn to even start up. As long as I press down on the plate and gas linkage it will run sitting still at high rpm. not so if i try to drive it? I give it a little gas and it moves very slow, if i give it too much gas it cuts off when moving?
