Hi..I am a software professional [UAE Visa was taken as Computer Programmer].I am a post graduate.I work with an Indian company [A].This Indian company 'A' sub contracted me to another Indian company[B] who was having a project in Dubai.I worked with Employment visa of 'B' for 1 and half years after which 'B' decided to end my contract with 'A'.I came back to India but had a 6 month labour ban.Now 'A' has another project in Dubai with some other company 'C' and taken my Employement visa again with out my knowlege.I dont want to go there with 'A' or 'C' again.I contacted the company PRO and he told me that if i dont come in the visa issued they can impose a life time ban as they had some amout spent in lifting the ban..Could some one please suggest what i should do..

From your question it is clear that you were received a Visa Entry Permit and not entered in the country. So the visa is not stamped in your passport.
Once elapse the period of 60 days after issuing the Entry Permit (Employment), the permit will cancell automatically and also the work permit taken by your proposed employer. There will be no entry ban for the passport (as per your agency pointed).
Another important thing is: "Your Employment Visa Permit taken based on the Work Permit Issued from Ministry of Labour. It will be cancelled automatically after completion of another 90 days from your last day to enter the country. Check your Visa Permit (Issued Date), you may calculate 60+90 days from the issued date. After that day you may enter on another Employment Visa here.
Presently you may able to come here on Visit / Tourist Visa only. But not on Employment Visa

IF YOU HAVE VALID PASSPORT, THEN YOU CAN APPLY FOR NEW VISA.
IT DOES NOT MATTER WHERHER YOU TRAVEL OR NOT, VISA ARE GIVEN FOR A SPECIFIC PERIOD IF IT GETS EXPIRED YOU CAN ALWAYS APPLY FOR NEW VISA
