I had some issues with my PC with viruses. The Dell rep helped me clear those up but since then I have not been able to open any of my saved, cards, banners, etc. on Print Shop. I get that "can not determine configuration" message.
I looked in my program list and Print Shop is still listed but none of the programs will open - for example Print Shop 12.
