Dear Sir/ Mam,
Please advice My wife is not obayed me and my also.
last 4th october-2004 i have married with Ms saiyogita (haryana). and no any issue was become with me and my wife. but last 6th february - 2010 my wife was going to her parantes and till she is not coming . when i ask to her family that time they are warning me for arrest and kill.
we have not requier any dowry to my wife and we don't treat my wife . she was going happely. they are not launge any complaint for me in Police station and other . her family' member are saying i will launge a complaint in ''mahila kalyan samiti '' and they saying that my daughter is not complete 7 years with you.
Sir /Madam, Could you sugest me what types of case they can become for me. pls let me know if she goes to P.S so how many day i would be leave in jail.and pls let us know if i can get any other punishment.
please helpour my problems becoz i have 2 kids . and please reply asap
