I cannot see the subscriber stats to my feeds in Google Webmaster tools, why?

Hi, I have uploaded my website but I am not able to see any subscriber stas on my feeds in the Google Webmaster tools. Want to know the reason behind this hitch.

    Googlebot, the Google Webmaster tool, cannot see the redirects because you block the feed in robots.txt

    Did you set up a redirect 301 from the old feed URL to the new feed URL?
