Norm, I also had the same problem with my RM 2620 frig. After I researched and called Dometic several times I finally was able to fix this problem. In this model they had a built in climate control that draws off your battery when using propane. If you go to the cuircut board in the rear of the frig (access panel on the outside of your RV) remove the black plastic cover, you will want to unplug the bottom left corner wire(red , also marked as j2 in the wiring diagram in your manual) it will not d raw down your battery. You will know if you unpluggrd the right wire, the light in your frig wont work.

Norm, I also bought a 2620 and had the same problem. I contacted Dometic and was told that coach manufacturs were demanding better electronics in there fridgs. The 2620 will draw 1/2 to1 amp an hour. I am really disappointed with this refrigerator. I would not of bought it if I had known.
