I have 1 adult and 1 child living with me. My paycheck pays for all the bills and anything else that they need. I cannot adopt the child because his biological father will not sign over rights. We cannot get married because the military does not recognize it. I do not have any dependents and do not collect any type of BAH. I have claimed both individuals on my taxes the past two years.
