   Yes, you can as part-time employment is permissible for TNs. You will need to (a) apply for the TN at the border (if Canadian) or at a U.S. consulate (if Mexican); or (b) file an I-129 with USCIS by mail (normal process is 1-2 months; can expedite for 1-2 weeks with an extra $1,000 filing fee).
