I am not getting any sound .Both the catridges are missing from behind slot.

My name is aslamkeyi from Bomaby,India.Myself a programmer/arranger and music composer for bollywood.system spec logic9/nuendo running on digi002 and motu with some hother external gears.I had recently dug out my old RX5 which I was kept in my cupboard for many years and not used till now. This was a great mistake I have done .Please help me out
