I have a 300 Watt power supply, a CD Rom, IBM Hard drive and a FDD... VGA video card... And a couple of fans... But when I turn it on it starts beeping continuously until I manually shut it off. I have tried plugging it in different configurations and have managed to show the BIOS on my screen, but for some reason I can't manage to do anything from there. Need help. I can't get the hard drive or the XP CD in the ROM to boot.
