   Selecting the right career option can be hugely rewarding, so it is always suggested that to put little efforts into career planning. Begin by thinking about what fascinate you as a person, and then choose careers that match your skills and liking. While it can be appealing to skip straight to looking at specific careers, it’s often a best idea to first spend some time planning about what motivates you as an individual. Decide about your skills, inside and outside work and what are you interest from a career, once you have worked this out, you can start building up a situation of your ideal job. Then determined which careers match it most closely. Unless you’ve got a brief idea of what you want to do, it can be difficult to know where to initiate, and if you do have a career plan in your mind, how do you know whether you’ve considered all your choices? As an initiating point, you could try sitting down with a piece of paper and write down about:
   • Subjects you have taken in the past during your academic career
   • any prior jobs experience you have had
   • interests outside work
   • any other important experiences related to job
   Then inquire yourself:
   • why you select to do them
   • which portion you really enjoyed
   • which portion you found frustrating
   • which area you were best at
   • which parts you found motivation
   • what other people’s response about your contribution
   • what other people have told you you’re matchless at
   You can use these criteria in order to pinpoint areas of work you might enjoy.
