How to talk to (and attract) a girl you've seen, but never talked to before

I have seen this girl for the very first time and I really like her. I do not know that what is the thing or feeling which attracted me towards her but there really is some force that is attracting me towards her. Need any idea or any tips in concerns. I really want to be with this girl but have to sort of idea that how to start on with. How should I go to her and ask her if she wana be my friend!!!
I know I am bit shy but still i want to be with this beautiful face help me out please ..........

     Yes be straight and ask what you need from her and she will be listening to you. 

    The most easy way to start the conversation is that you should ask her that can I have few min from you and most certainly she would say yes, and there you need to communicate your feelings to her. Be very true that you are the one. And you will be the one. Or what ever is there in your mind just tell her. 
    She might not accept your offer at first you need to try again and again as you know that hard work is the key to success so keep trying. Best of luck and I will be waiting for you.
