Bought a pair of Jensen XS1653 speakers in 2002- just opened mislaid sealed box now in June 2010! Factory instructions are unclear, and the swiveling tweeters don't want to swivel at all. No corrosion, mildew, etc evident at all, everything looks sparkling new. What's the trick to swiveling & then locking the tweeters in the direction desired? Thanks, UncleStu
