How to remove third seat of Suburban?

I can lower the back of the seat down using lever #1, then with lever #2 I can tilt it forward (unlatches the back/bottom of the seat). There is no lever #3 I can see to unlatch the front bottom of the seat to TAKE IT OUT. Please help!

    There is a loop # 3 under the right side of the seat, it disengages the front hooks
