   How to quit smoking is very hard for some and easy for others. i have been talking to lots of people who have been smoking for years and who finally said goodbye to tobacco; Go cold turkey is the answer given by most. They decided to quit smoking and never looked back. Off course quitting any bad habit is a tough task but the first few days were the hardest, after which; it becames easier and easier. Some people gained weight due to eating lots of candies and other junk food but even craving for junk food was dealt with once the smoking rush disappeared. In some cases the end results reason was the main quitting factor. for example i promised my 4 year old i will never smoke again and breaking that promise was much harder than taking my next drag. How to quit smoking depends on how much do you believe in yourself, your reason(s) for quitting and the support you get from your loved ones. One thing is for sure, all those who quit smoking say it was one of the best decisions of their life and they love it.
