How to put a swatch original crown in c position?

Hey!!! Need Helpp!! I just received today the fun scuba rose water and I been trying to set the time but for some reason I cant get the crown to the c position as the instructions say. I just can get it to what I imagine is the b position because I move it clock and counterclockwise and the rotating hands don't move. Really need help with this...
