How to obtain a license for exporting industry in Australia?

I want to open an exporting business in Australia and so want to know the procedure for legalizing it.

The Australian Customs and Border Protection Service issues licenses to clients to carry out a number of functions in the Import/Export Industry. These licenses are for Customs Brokers, Depots and Warehouses, including Duty Free Operators. With the exception of duty free shops, catering bonds and providers, you should apply to the ATO for a warehouse license if you: • intend to store EEGs in a warehouse; or • are an operator of one or more warehouses and at least one of your warehouses stores EEGs.
