Budget issues may prevent this, but it would definitely be cheaper than a Japanese ad agency. Is the group going to be physically in Japan, or are you just looking to promote the sale of the CD from abroad? Could you link me to some information on the band? If I have a better understanding of the genre, that could give me some different ideas for you. For example, marketing a metal band isn't going to be the same as marketing the next Madonna
