How to enable DHCP in VISTA

Hi Matt -
How do you enable DHCP in VISTA - I am trying to help my Dad remotely - He is using a wireless router and has had a connection before, but he rebooted and now has no connection. I had him open a CMD window and run ipconfig /all and DHCP is set to NO. I think that is the problem, but I am not using VISTA and am not 100% sure what the easiest way to do it is. Thanks for any help you can provide.
